Registration:
• You have the options to use the online registration or the downloadable pdf form.
• If you are registering someone under the age of 18, the pdf form must be downloaded, completed and signed by the parent or legal gaurdian. The mailing address is on the bottom of the form.
• Note: This camp is being held at The Cascades Mountain Resort in Hendersonville. Hotel Reservations must be made separately. Mention "Karate Camp" when registering to receive the camp discount.
• Rates:
  Single room with king size bed: $98.00 per night.
  Single room with 2 queen size beds: $98.00 per night.
                          BREAKFAST BUFFET INCLUDED IN ROOM RATE.

• You have multiple options to send in your camp fee, ie...Check, Paypal, Credit card thru Paypal guest payment.

• You may select to pay Online throught the store.
  • If you use the online registration, be sure to check the "Payment Type" option on the online registration form along with the name of the person whos credit card was used to make the payment.
  • If you use the pdf form and pay online, be sure to check the "Payment Type" option on the online PDF registration form along with the name of the person whos credit card was used to make the payment so we can quickly complete your registration.
• Online payment through Paypal:
  • You can click on the Paypal pay on line option at the bottom of the page to make you payment through the store.
  • If you have a paypal account, this will be a reqular paypal purchase.
  • If you have do not have a Paypal account, you can log in as a guest payer and complete the transaction.
